How can you open up job opportunities with us?
- You will get to know our accompaniment concept and learn about the challenges and needs of our target group. Upon request, we offer in-depth briefings or trainings.
- You decide to become part of the network and evaluate possible job profiles in your company together with us as a local project partner.
- Our social workers support the new employees in their job entry and accompany them - together with other network partners - in other areas of life (e.g. health issues, psychosocial support).
- On request, we offer regular or individual appointments for consultation and optimisation of our cooperation or in dealing with your new employees.The cooperation within the EVI network is initially designed for one to two years. After that, we decide together on further cooperation.
What jobs are available for people affected?
The most suitable jobs are low-threshold jobs that allow for quick familiarisation and where basic knowledge of the German language is sufficient.
